As many of you know, I’ve been playing around with AI art. I know that some of you hate everything AI, but my approach is to play with it and see how I can use it for good. I’ve found two ways to use it that I think could help people: Introspective AI Art and using the AI art with a video generator to create magical visuals for meditation.

I tried various things, the usual kinds of pretty girl and fantasy creations, but what I find most satisfying are these 2 things. One is art therapy using AI and the other is making visuals to my husband’s stunning music and using it as an object for meditation. These are my 2 favourite things to do with AI art and I’ve pretty much decided that when it comes to video, making magical visuals for meditation is what I want to do. This is my art. Not the AI generated image, but the video made from it and set to music.
I’m lucky to have Kris’s music to use. If you want to give him some love, you can find all his albums on Bandcamp.
I can watch and listen to them many times, and if Kris and I find ourselves seeing something disturbing on our television, we watch one of them before bed to cut through the horror of what we’ve seen – neither of us can stomach the kind of violence that can suddenly appear in a movie.
Anyway. Here is my latest visuals for mediation. I just love this one. The moving balls and ribbons are like thoughts moving through my mind. I can just watch them and let them go.
Let me know in the comments below what you think of them. And for more such visuals for meditation, do subscribe to my Tahlia Dreaming AI Art Video channel and like and comment on the video to help it get seen.
